Not quite right

I love the look of this hat but unfortunately it wasn't overly comfortable (I should have tried a medium but didn't have time to re-order) and it got squashed in my bag and is now creased and bent out of shape. It's not very practical to have to carry it around separately in order to keep it in perfect shape. I'm a bit disappointed that I've wasted money.

Great, a well made hat with a strap to stop it blowing off when in windy conditions. Very durable materials.
