Arrived broken and unusable

Sadly both batteries arrived broken. The packing by the company is very poor- nothing to say keep this way up or fragile etc. Both attachments connections on batteries had been lifted and knocked badly allowing you to see inside the batteries. Both batteries also arrived wet and battery acid had leaked. Completely unable to use - massive waste of money. Unfortunately no response at all from the company when contacting them about the condition with pictures for evidence. It’s then advised on website batteries are non returnable. Save your money and buy elsewhere and completely avoid! Incredibly angry and disappointed.
