House of Cheviot Bracken & New Cinnamon Angus Shooting Socks
There are not many opportunities in a chap’s life to show his true spirit; his classic but at times flamboyant taste, but the proud display of a tasteful shooting sock is one of those times.
No longer can you only let your extrovert nature be seen in your choice of tie or cufflinks, these shooting socks are a wonderful antidote to tweed, tweed and more tweed. (Although we of course, love tweed.)
Will you choose Bracken with New Cinnamon, or maybe you’d prefer the Moss and Military Red? Such a wonderful dilemma to have in your life! And will you go for one pair or two? Of course you only need one but you know your son is going to borrow them when he can’t find his own and your wife will borrow the other pair to walk the dogs, dash it all, you’d best buy three pairs! Crafted from a carefully selected blend of Merino wool with acrylic, we know, on paper it looks better to have pure wool but it is better to have the mix, especially if you want your socks to last the season…and into the next if you treat them well.
The wool gives the socks warmth and wicking qualities but the acrylic is the technical thread giving durability, longevity, ease of care and a flexible fit. House of Cheviot socks pass through many pairs of highly skilled hands, providing attention to every detail in the crafting process, from the knitting to the final hand finishing, thus ensuring the finished socks are consistently of the very highest quality.
