The product itself is good enough to be 5 stars.
It is dubious that it is not labelled as "Walker & Hawkes" but as "Greenbelt", but is made in Britain and the quality is good.
I particularly like the two-way zip which is always a plus point on a coat which is below waist in length.
The delivery was quick once the order was made.
However the customer support in answering questions before ordering is poor.
There appears to be an issue with the sizing of the products. They appear to be descibed as more American in sizing than British, so there could be a tendency to order the wrong size. I am a British Large (42 inch chest) but ended up ordering a Medium which was a good fit for me, allowing for the quilting, It measured as a 46 inch, which is much bigger than a British Medium would be, Other reviews I read before purchase had said a Large measured 50 inches which would have swamped me, if I had ordered my usual size.
Neither the website size chart or the customer help email service could tell me accurately what the size would be and they told me different figures for the sizings.

Ordered as a Christmas gift for my OH, he's extremely pleased. At 6ft 7 I was worried (as always) about the fit in the body and arm but XL is almost a perfect length for him. Excellent quality and extremely warm without being too bulky. Very pleased, thank you!

Make sure you measure correctly allowing for extra clothing if necessary and you will get a spot on fit. Early days but seems very well made and fit for purpose. Goes well with my moleskins and vintage hat. Great service, great clothes.

I ordered the jacket as part of my husband’s birthday gifts, initially as a surprise, but when it came I had to let him try it as I felt I’d erred and ordered the wrong size. I sent it back and all was replaced without fuss and in record time. Excellent quality and service, I highly recommend.

I'm a regular customer but I am always amazed at the great quality of British made goods and the outstanding value for money. My advice is go for it....whatever you are after....you will not be disappointed.
