Before you begin, please read our Returns Policy.

Please follow these instructions carefully.

1. Starting point - You'll need to enter your email address (that you used when placing an order) and your order ID (which can be found in dispatch and order notification emails, it was also displayed on the screen when you placed an order). If you cannot find your order ID, please make sure that you actually placed an order on our website.

2. Select the items you wish to return - You'll then need to select the items that you wish to return. Select that you would like a refund (if you need an exchange, simply place a new order). You'll also need to select a return reason. If you would like to return multiple products and the website does not allow it, please contact us (info@equestrianco.com).

3. Return review - please review the products that you've selected carefully. If a product is not displayed on this screen, we will not be able to accept it. If you need to return additional products, you'll have to go back to step 2.

4. Shipping - select "I will ship myself" and click continue.

5. Return authorisation form - you'll find the address you need to send your item(s) to at the bottom of this page. If there are additional products that you need to return and they're not displayed on the screen, you'll need to contact us (info@equestrianco.com) before returning any items.
