Exchanging a product is easy. Instead of waiting for us to receive your unwanted item, you can simply place a new order for the required product which will be dispatched immediately, you can then return the unwanted product at any time within a 30 day period and we will issue a refund. Alternatively, you can return your unwanted item to us, wait for a refund (which can take up to 5 - 10 business days) and then re-order. To proceed, simply follow this link.
If you have returned a product to us, please allow 5 - 10 business days for us to receive your returned item and inspect it. Due to a high volume of returns, we are unable to confirm if we receive your return. The returned items are stored safely and there's a queue which we constantly work through. If you do not receive a refund within 10 business days of sending it back, please send us the tracking number of your return (or supply other proof) together with your order ID to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll then launch an investigation to find your return. This will usually take less than 48 hours (2 business days).
Yes, you're responsible for paying the costs associated with tracked delivery and insurance. Please always use a tracked delivery service, since we cannot be held responsible for returns lost by the courier. If you've received a dispatch notification, then, according to our records your order has been dispatched or the manufacturing process has begun if you've ordered one of our made to order items (e.g. trolleys). Please double check your junk / spam folder.
If you haven't received any notification emails from us (including order confirmation), then please make sure that you've actually placed an order on our website, please double check your junk / spam folder, please also make sure that you've supplied us with a correct email address.
Some items, such as trolleys (which are made to order as specified in the product description), dog crates, wheelbarrows or forks might have to be assembled before the dispatch. Please allow extra time for these items to be delivered.
The majority of our orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Free delivery service takes 3 - 5 business days* and expedited delivery service take just 1 - 2 business days*. E.g. if you've placed an order on Monday, most likely, it will be dispatched on Tuesday. If you've selected our free delivery (and haven't ordered a made to order item), then you can expect delivery on Friday, or the following Monday - Tuesday. If you've selected our expedited delivery service, then you can expect delivery on Wednesday - Thursday.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. E.g. if you order an item on Monday, most likely it will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders sent with our expedited delivery service takes an additional 1 - 2 business days.
Please allow extra time for the remaining package(s) to arrive. Sometimes orders are sent in separate packages. Please note that made to order items (e.g. trolleys) are sent in 1 - 5 weeks (as specified in the product description).
Fynalite tack and shower trolleys are made to order as specified in the product description. The trolley are welded, powder coated in the requested colour and then dispatched.
