Really helpful staff finding time to provide answers to questions before purchase (email back and forth) in the busy period before Christmas.
The order was despatched within 24 hours of being placed. I selected the cheaper/longer delivery method and it still came within 5 working days in the lead up to Christmas and was in time to be a present.
The quality of the product seems to be excellent. Really well made. I must say it is incredibly warm meaning I don't need to wear much more than a shirt underneath. The manufacturers appear to size the item assuming you will have a few layers underneath.
For upper body clothing I am sometimes medium and sometimes small. I went for small and found it still to be quite large for me as I didn't need to wear the layers that the makers probably expected me to wear. Extra small might have been better but I am very happy indeed. In case anyone wonders, the dark sage green cap by a different manufacturer also sold on this site is a perfect match of tweed with this coat. I went for this coat as I wanted the waterproof quality.
